Our Services

We will visit your home to observe the space you wish to design or remodel. At this stage, our designers will begin to get a feel for your vision and the style you want to achieve. We will also take precise measurements and photos to design an accurate layout of the space. 

We will present you with several ideas of layouts, elevation drawings, and 3D renderings so you can better understand how your space will look and function. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have and suggest any changes to the floor plans presented. The main goal of this stage is to go into detail about everything you envision in your project and to provide you with more accurate pricing with an estimated timeline. 

At this stage we will guide you in making all the final material selections for your project ranging from cabinet colors and styles down to flooring and paint color. This stage starts to bring your vision to life! 

Once all selections have been made, we proceed to draft a proposal which lists a detailed scope of work, all of the materials selected, and a payment plan. After your review, we will answer any questions that may arise. If you are ready to proceed with the project, both parties will sign a contract and you will then have an estimated start date in our schedule.

Once materials are received, we proceed to build the project of your dreams!
